Plan the build. Keep review and delivery connected.
Tasks, intake, epics, sprints and GitHub pull request reviews in one workspace. Studios building for clients add the SOW, change approvals and invoicing.
Turn incoming work into a focused plan
Review bugs and feature requests in intake before committing them. Use epics for larger changes and sprints for the next delivery window.
- Request triage
- Epics and sprint planning
- Task priorities and dependencies
Bring code review into the workspace
Connect GitHub repositories and use Reviews to inspect pull requests, diffs, commits and comments. Repository installation and permissions control what is available.
- Connected repository selection
- Pull request review context
- Task and project context
Keep delivery knowledge reusable
A new feature request can change more than the sprint. Review it against the client’s SOW, record the delivery impact and keep additional scope tied to approval. Preserve specs and decisions beside the work.
- Project documentation
- Client scope management when needed
- Recurring progress summaries with Loops
