1. Scope and responsibility
This policy explains how Neevio handles personal information on its website and in its service. Neevio is operated by Princekumar Hareshbhai Jodhani, a sole proprietor trading as Neevio, registered on the Udyam platform in India. The privacy contact is prince@neevio.in.
Neevio determines the purposes of account administration, billing, security and website analytics. For personal information a customer enters into a workspace, the customer determines its use and Neevio processes it to deliver the service and follow authorised instructions.
2. Information involved in the service
The service processes the following categories where you or your workspace provide them or enable the relevant features.
| Category | Examples and context |
|---|---|
| Account and membership | Name, email address, profile information, sign-in details, workspace membership and permissions. |
| Project and delivery content | Tasks, descriptions, priorities, dates, comments, attachments, epics, sprints and project documents. |
| Client and financial records | Client contact details, statements of work, scope baselines, approval decisions, time entries, invoices, configured rates and budget information. |
| Integration information | Authorised repository, review or conversation context from connected services, together with integration credentials or tokens. |
| AI workflow context | Prompts, selected project context, source documents, generated proposals, summaries and run history. |
| Technical and support information | Session information, device or browser details, IP address and information supplied in support requests. |
3. Why information is processed
We use information to provide accounts and workspace access, manage projects, share authorised client material, process subscriptions and run configured integrations and AI workflows. We also use it to investigate errors, answer support requests, prevent abuse and meet legal recordkeeping requirements.
Where applicable, processing relies on providing the requested service, consent for optional analytics, compliance with legal obligations, or legitimate interests in security and support, subject to the requirements of the law that applies. We do not sell personal information.
4. Information shared inside a workspace
Workspace administrators configure membership and roles. Project permissions and client portal access determine the material available to other people. Sharing a file, message, invoice or approval request can disclose its contents to the authorised recipient.
Ask your workspace administrator about the organisation’s own privacy and retention rules. A request concerning customer-controlled content may need to be handled by that customer.
5. Service providers and connected apps
Hosting is provided by Hetzner in Germany. PostgreSQL databases on AWS RDS and uploaded files on AWS S3 are hosted in Mumbai, India. AWS SES sends transactional email; AWS Bedrock provides AI inference using Qwen models. Razorpay processes subscription payments.
Google Analytics 4 processes optional website analytics when you accept analytics cookies. Connected applications receive information under the permissions and actions you authorise. See the Subprocessor Register for provider purposes.
Hosting, delivery, support and AI processing can involve countries outside your own. The Mumbai database and storage locations do not mean that every provider processes information only in India. Contact us for deployment and contractual transfer information relevant to your requirements.
6. AI-assisted processing
Enabled AI features send selected prompts, project context or source documents to AWS Bedrock, currently using Qwen models. Only provide information needed for the workflow and review outputs before acting on them.
Neevio does not use customer workspace content to train its own general-purpose AI models. AWS handling of inference inputs and outputs depends on the selected model and applicable Bedrock configuration and terms. We do not promise zero provider retention. Prompts, outputs and run history saved in your workspace follow our workspace retention policy.
7. Retention and deletion
We retain account and workspace information while needed to provide the service. After verifying a deletion request, we provide a seven-day window for you to obtain copies of your data, then manually remove the requested account or workspace data from active systems. An individual member cannot request deletion of an entire organisation's workspace without authority.
Daily backups are retained for 30 days from creation. Deleted records may remain in those backups until they expire. Server and security logs are retained for 30 days. Records needed for legal accounting obligations, security investigations or disputes may be retained for the required purpose and period.
Deleting an item in the interface or cancelling a subscription does not by itself constitute a permanent account deletion request. Send requests to prince@neevio.in and identify the account or workspace without sending passwords.
8. Requests and choices
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your information, withdraw optional consent or raise a privacy complaint. Rights may be subject to legal conditions and exceptions.
Contact prince@neevio.in. We verify identity and authority before disclosing or deleting information and respond within the time required by applicable law. For customer-controlled workspace content, contact the workspace owner as well. You may also approach the relevant authority where applicable.
9. Access and security
The service uses workspace and project permission checks and separate client portal access. Access is limited according to assigned roles. Operational security also depends on infrastructure and provider configuration.
See the Access and Security page for the product access model. No service can eliminate every security risk, and we do not claim a certification solely because an infrastructure provider holds one.
11. Updates and contact
Neevio is intended for adult business users, not children. Do not knowingly submit children's personal information without the necessary authority and lawful basis. Contact us if you believe such information has been provided improperly.
We publish policy updates with an effective date and notify users of material changes by email or through the service. Questions and complaints can be sent to prince@neevio.in.
