1. Use the service lawfully

Use Neevio only for lawful work and content you are authorised to manage. Respect the rights of clients, colleagues and other people whose information appears in your workspace.

2. Prohibited activities

Activities that harm people, compromise security or misuse the service are prohibited.

  • Uploading malware, phishing material or content intended to compromise systems.
  • Accessing another workspace, project, client portal or account without permission.
  • Collecting or disclosing private information without the necessary authority.
  • Using integrations or automated workflows for spam, harassment, fraud or unlawful surveillance.
  • Interfering with service availability, bypassing plan limits or abusing credentials and tokens.
  • Uploading content that infringes intellectual property rights or facilitates illegal activity.

3. Responsible integrations and AI workflows

Check the context, permissions and destination before enabling a Loop or integration. Review generated outputs and proposed changes. Do not use AI outputs to make decisions that require professional judgement or another person’s approval without the appropriate review.

4. Client sharing and financial records

Check the recipient before sharing files, messages, scope changes or invoices. Do not enter misleading financial records or impersonate a client to approve a commercial change.

5. Reporting and response

Report suspected abuse to prince@neevio.in with the affected workspace or URL and a brief description. Do not send passwords, tokens or unnecessary personal information.

We investigate reports and may proportionately restrict access under the Terms of Service. Where practical, we notify the affected account holder. Contact the same address to provide additional information or request a review of a restriction.
