Neevio separates internal workspace membership from client portal access and checks permissions around project and financial workflows.
Workspace and project access
Workspace roles and project membership determine access to internal work. Business adds custom roles and field permissions so administrators can configure more specific responsibilities.
Client portal access
Clients use a separate email-link sign-in flow. Portal access is checked against the client contact and its permitted projects, invoices and shared content.
Financial and commercial permissions
Billing, profitability and engagement operations have permission checks. Configure roles for the people who review agreements, approve changes and manage financial information.
Hosting and data handling
Neevio uses AWS RDS PostgreSQL in Mumbai for the database, AWS SES for email and AWS Bedrock for AI processing, currently with Qwen. The subprocessor register lists the service providers and regions.
Account deletion is handled by request with a seven-day window to export your data. See the privacy policy for deletion, backup and retention details, and contact prince@neevio.in with a security question.
Evaluate your requirements
Neevio does not yet hold compliance certifications such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001, and does not offer SSO or a contractual uptime SLA. If your organisation needs any of these, contact the team before adopting the product.
