Help us build the tool teams stop working around
Most product tooling gets tolerated. We would rather be the part nobody wants to replace.

On a quest for quality
There is a lost art to building software — a craftsmanship that produces tools of a quality you can feel before you can describe it. You know it when you use it, and you notice immediately when it is missing.
Bringing that quality back is the whole point of neevio. It means a tool that is fast enough to disappear, focused enough to trust, and designed carefully enough that nobody has to be trained to use it.
That takes people who care about the details nobody is grading them on — in engineering, in design, in support. If getting the small things right is the part of the work you enjoy most, we would like to hear from you.
How we think and work
neevio exists to get teams out of the tooling and back into the work. These are the habits that keep us honest about it.
01.Ship early
Simplify and ship smaller.
02.Build with users
Listen carefully and understand their problems.
03.Know what good looks like
Find and create good things. Know what has to change to make them better.
04.Think in principles
Not in playbooks.
05.Build things that last
Put care into the foundation. Don't make it a future person's problem.
06.Avoid side quests
Don't fix every problem. Avoid adding unnecessary process or documents.
07.Say it as it is
Get to the point and assume good intentions.
08.Keep the team small
We build better with fewer people. Wear multiple hats.
09.Hire the best people
The best people hire the best people. Help recruit.
10.Create fans
Build a community of people who use, love, and defend the product.
11.Fully remote
The freedom to work remotely allows for more meaningful work.
